Methodology
How the pilot was set up — and what's honestly measurable.
Two pilots, doubled cohort
Pilot 1 ran on a smaller initial cohort. Pilot 2 ran on 600+ students — twice the size — and reproduced the outcome lift, making the result more significant, not less.
What we measured
Pass rate and average score against prior-semester baselines, in-platform engagement (visits, hours, messages, quizzes), satisfaction surveys, and adoption among top-performing students.
